09/15/2020 – According to the LVMPD, a woman in her 30s was found on the side of Flamingo Road with a gunshot wound to the head. Investigators are trying to piece together the series of events that led to the shooting.
Before the shooting, the woman had left work from Downtown. According to Lt. Ray Spencer, current speculation points to road rage.
“What we’re believing — at this point — and it is speculation is that it will probably be a road rage type incident,” Lt. Ray Spencer said.
Her car appeared to be heading eastbound across the southbound lanes and was t-boned by another driver.
Police are asking for your help in obtaining information related to this case. The woman shot was driving a blue Nissan Versa around 12:15 a.m.
