09/25/2020 (Las Vegas, NV) – A pedestrian accident has left one dead Friday, September 25th, 2020, as reported by Henderson Police Department.

The incident happened around 5:30 a.m. on St. Rose Parkway, east of Raiders Way.

The car was headed east when it hit the pedestrian, who was unfortunately pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the car stayed at the accident scene and showed no signs of impairment, as indicated by the police.

The car crash marks the sixth vehicle-related fatality for 2020 in Henderson, NV.

The Clark County Coroner’s Office is set to release the pedestrian’s identity after a family member has been notified of the accident.

St. Rose Parkway was closed for nearly four hours while officers conducted their investigation.
