Las Vegas, NV — Police say an adolescent motorcyclist was critically injured following an accident in West Las Vegas, NV on Tuesday, January 25, 2022.
The crash happened at the intersection of Alta Dr. and Fox Hill Dr., where the motorcyclist traveled into the left-lane and collided with a center median, according to the Las Vegas Metro Police Department (LVMPD).
This crash marks the fourth critical injury accident in Las Vegas so far this year.
Between 2015 and 2019, there have been a total of 293 fatal motorcycle crashes on Nevada roadways with the majority of crashes taking place in Clark County.
