One person is dead following a car accident on the U.S. 95 near Decatur Boulevard this morning, as reported by the Nevada Highway Patrol (NHP).
The accident occurred in the northbound lanes near Decatur Boulevard.
Morning commute motorists experienced heavy delays and were diverted off the freeway while the crash site was being investigated.
The identity of the person who was killed has not yet been released.
