09/15/2020 – A Las Vegas pedestrian was hit and killed by a shuttle bus accident this morning in West Las Vegas, NV. The accident was reported this morning around 9:00 A.M. near 3900 South Jones, as reported by Metro Police.

The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. No further details have been released about this accident.

Between 2008 and 2017, Las Vegas drivers hit and killed a total of 601 pedestrians, with the majority of accidents taking place in Clark County. That’s a rough average of about 60 people per year, according to Smart Growth America, identifying Nevada 11th in pedestrian fatalities.
